Estimated Project Costs:

Drainage Project
Example A Create a swale (80’ x 15’), laser transit designed and verified, dispose soil, repair with topsoil, seed & erosion control. = Approx. $1,990
Example B Install 4” drain tile (80 feet), Backfill with limestone chips. = Approx. $590
Other Info Grading is a primary drainage solution, drain tile is supplemental.

Brick Paver Patios & Walkways
Example A 14’ x 12’, patio, straight sides, Paveloc holland stone w/ a decorative beveled edge (choice of color) = Approx. $2,340
Alt A Upgrade brick to Unilock Brussels Block, tumbled, elegant stone-like appearance (choice of color) = Add $345

Other Info Removal of a previous material costs additional. Multiple/Larger brick areas reduces costs per square foot due to deliveries, setup and cleanup.

Free-Standing & Decorative Walls
Example A Unilock Olde Quarry (tumbled) wall/(2) 12' straight walls to total 24'/height 30" (choice of color) = Approx. $2,020
Alt A Upgrade to curved walls (custom cutting) = Add $480

Retaining Wall
Example A Decorative Keystone dimensional block (gray in color), new compacted traffic bond, base backfilled with limestone chips and a drain tile system/length of 60’/height of 36" = Approx. $4,090
Example B Decorative Keystone Dimensional Block (gray in color), new compacted traffic bond base, backfilled with limestone chips and a drain tile system/length of 40’/height of 28" = Approx. $2,725
Example C Decorative 12-18” Fieldstone boulder/length of 40'/height of 24" = Approx. $1,960
Other Info Keystone walls are a 'pinned system' that offer greater strength and longevity than other types of retaining walls. Larger walls reduces costs per square foot due to deliveries, setup and cleanup.

Water Features
Example A 7' x 5' Custom designed pond w/ liner, natural stone, pump cleaning system, waterfall and skimmer = Approx. $3,550
Example B 16' x 1 1' Custom designed pond w/ liner, natural stone, pump cleaning system, waterfall and skimmer = Approx. $7,710

Landscape Lighting
Example A Custom designed vista, commercial, cast aluminum fixtures, stainless steel 900 watt transformer w/ timer, photo cell and lifetime warranty/ (4) path lights, (3) up lights and (2) flood lights = Approx. $2,590
Alt A Upgrade to LED lights or Copper light fixtures = Add $1,140

Lawn Installation
Example A Deliver & spread (80) yards topsoil, premium seed & starter fertilizer mulch material = Approx. $3,620
Example B Deliver& spread (80) yards topsoil, finish grade & install sod = Approx. $7,090
Other Info Sod helps prevent erosion, but is less disease resistant.

Plant Installation, Landscape Renovation and Fence Installation
