Variables that can affect the cost of landscape projects would include:

  • Material/Debris Disposal

Estimated Project Costs:

Swale with Drain Tile Option
EX. A: Create a swale (80' x 15') / Dispose Soil / Repair with topsoil, seed & erosion control. = Approx. $1,990
EX. B: Install 4" drain tile (80 feet) / Backfill with limestone chips. = Approx. $590
  (Grading is a primary drainage solution / Drain tile is supplemental.)

Catch Basin & Drain Tile (Without Grading)
EX. A: Install 150' of a drain tile system with a catch basin.
Repair with topsoil and seed.		 = Approx. $1,790
  (Grading is a primary drainage solution / Drain tile is supplemental.)

Brick Patios/Walkways
EX. A: 14' x 12', Patio, Straight Sides, Holland Stone (Your choice of color) = Approx. $2,340
EX. B: 20' x 3.5', Straight Walkway, Holland Stone (Your choice of color) = Approx. $1,790
  (Removal of a previous material costs additional.)
(Multiple/Larger brick areas reduce costs per square foot due to deliveries, setup and cleanup.)

Retaining Wall
EX. A: Keystone Concrete Block/Length of 60'/Height of 36" = Approx. $4,090
EX. B: 12-18", Fieldstone Boulder/Length of 40'/Height of 24" = Approx. $1,960
  (Keystone walls offer greater strength and longevity than other types of retaining walls.)
(Multiple/Larger walls reduce costs per square foot due to deliveries, setup and cleanup.)

Lawn Installation
EX. A: Deliver/spread (80) yards topsoil, premium seed & starter fertilizer
Mulch material. 		= Approx. $3,620
EX. B: Deliver/spread (80) yards topsoil, finish grade & install sod. = Approx. $7,090
  (Sod helps with erosion, but is less disease resistant.)

Plant Installation and Landscape Renovation
  These Projects involve too many variables to provide accurate estimates without discussing options on-site.
